Renowned mixologist, Thaddeus Hadley, will lead you though a flight of selected Xicaru Mezcals and then teach you how to make The Farm’s refreshing mezcal cocktail – The Spicy Pineapple Mezcalita.
Certified sommelier Erik Sorensen will also be on hand to provide insights into each mezcal’s character while The Farm’s Chef David dazzles you with Oaxacan passed appetizers.
