Integrating her great love of food and wine with her unerring sense of style, she has created a sophisticated yet comfortable restaurant known for food that is delicious, fresh and accessible.

What started as a business investment for Fran has blossomed into an avocation, as she transitioned The Farm into one of Beverly Hills most charming and successful restaurants. The Farm's easy going atmosphere and delightful cuisine has made it a destination for everyone from celebrities and power lunchers to Beverly Hills shoppers and Moms with kids in tow. Fran credits much of The Farm's success to her efforts as a hands-on managing partner. Her keen attention to detail and passion for excellence ensure patrons a memorable experience that keeps them coming back for more.

Indeed, during peak dining hours, customers are lined up on Beverly Drive to get a coveted table at The Farm.

An adventurous traveler, Fran has "eaten her way" across the South of France and has visited such exotic locales as Egypt and Israel to discover new ideas in food and drink. She frequently travels throughout Europe and the United States sampling regional cuisines and exploring the local flavor.
